I've heard that the Governor of Kansas, Kathleen Sebelius (D), likes to suggest that any science or engineering degree from an American university given to a foreign student should come stapled with a U.S. green card. Not a bad idea!

I can not believe you didnt get comments on this post. Whoever champions this cause in the next administration wins. Why are more people not interested in this topic?
